The Westwood is the new flagship model which, judging from early customer reaction, is set to become an instant hit! And if you like leather you certainly won't be disappointed by the Westwood's fabulous brown leather sofa and chairs, which can be specified as an option. They really set the style for internal decor, which is modern, relaxing and comfortable.
You can tell that no expense has been spared, with an imaginative use of contrasting dark and light wood tones, together with leather trim door and drawer handles. And the stone-effect fire surround, with living gas fire is an impressive industry first.
The Westwood's main entrance is via French doors into the sitting room, at the front of the home. Surrounded by classic architectural detail, the doors are illuminated by recessed lights in the overhanging roof eaves. The home can also be accessed by sliding patio doors into the kitchen/dining area.
The very best calf leather has been chosen for the Westwood's sofa and chairs, which are available as an option. The standard specification is an inviting upholstered fabric suite of similar style.
The modern kitchen is superbly appointed with an integrated fridge and separate integrated freezer, Beaumatic five burner range style hob, stainless steel extraction canopy, eye level oven, grill microwave and integrated dishwasher or washer all as standard.
The one bedroom layout features a utility/cloak room with automatic washing machine. These are replaced in the 2 bedroom model by the twin room and a dressing room extension to the master bedroom. Extra guests can be accommodated in both layouts on the sofa bed in the sitting room.
The Westwood bathroom is quite possibly the largest on the market, with a bath and separate glass-fronted corner shower.
